Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort with horizon views of the lake, dunes and sunsets. Built on three levels, this unit has fireplace, private master suite and deck with lake and sunset views. The HOA covers maintenance inside and out, insurance, utilities and a fund for upgrades. There is flexibility with trading weeks, renting the weeks for income that you cannot use, joining the Club to use the amenities of the resort, and joining RCI to travel elsewhere around the world.
